Terms of Use: Membership Requirements • You must have a minimum of at least two (2) years of editorial photography experience at a professional newspaper (daily or weekly), magazine or as a documentary photographer. • You must have a professional website that showcases your photography in a format which is easy to navigate, includes all working links and explains your work history in your biography. • Applications are reviewed and approved by News Wedding Photographers, LLC. You will be required to provide references if your work history is not clearly stated in your website biography. News Wedding Photographers, LLC is not responsible for any subsequent actions of its members. We are a liaison between potential clients and a wide range of high-quality photographers. Our goal is to provide a simple, reliable way for these clients to find a photographer who will meet their needs. Failure to comply with the Requirements (as defined by News Wedding Photographers, LLC) will result in termination of membership without notification and without refund of membership dues. Terms of Use Agreement This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the standards of use of the News Wedding Photographers, LLC. By using the News Wedding Photographers, LLC website (herein referred to as “NWP”) website, www.newsweddingphotographers.com, you (herein referred to as the "Reader") agree to these terms and conditions. If Reader does not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Reader should immediately cease all usage of this website. NWP reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update the terms and conditions of the agreement without prior notice. Modifications shall become effective immediately upon being posted on the NWP website. Reader's continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. The approved Photographers listed on NWP agree that by applying to, and/or becoming affiliated with NWP is completely voluntary and in no way guarantees a return on their investment. NWP is a for profit company organized and registered in the State of Maine, and in no way represents itself as a charitable (non-profit) organization. NWP retains the right to accept or deny any application for membership based on the information submitted on the application and the photos provided by said applicant which are displayed on the applicant's website. This acceptance or denial is based on the standards outlined in the Membership Requirements and ability to maintain professional standards within the respective industry. NWP shall not be held responsible for any application or correspondence not received due to technical issues. I.
